At Up, Tuck, Away Shapewear ™, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, due to hygiene and health considerations, we do not accept returns for the following products: Tucking Undergarments. It is not possible for us to provide a hygiene strip inside the padded area of the garment, to ensure cleanliness.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and providing a replacement, if applicable.

For all other cases, we offer store credits. Here's how it works:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Initiating the Return: To request a store credit, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days] of receiving your order.

Processing: Once your return is approved, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card to your email address. The store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Using Your Store Credit: Store credits can be applied to your future purchases on our website and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Which should then be stated when contacting customer support.
